DON'T PADI NOW DO A FREEDIVING COURSE?
PADI do a 'Freediving Speciality Course' but it is not recognised by any of the main freediving training agencies, so please beware. If you have done this course you will still need to start at the beginner level with both AIDA and SSI. Rather do a fully recognised freediving course with one of the main freediving training agencies from which you can progress and gain more experience confident that you are being trained correctly and safely in the sport.

One Breath Freediving now teach AIDA freediving courses! From 1 star (Intro) up to 3 star (Intermediate) with 4 star (advanced) courses coming soon. AIDA is the governing body for the sport of freediving and the largest training agency. We look forward to offering their respected courses to our customers in Malta :-)

Currently we are in the water in Dahab, Egypt training for ourselves and also completing courses. The sun is shining and the water is warm, so it sure beats January in Northern Europe!
