This is where it all started for One Breath Freediving. Established as the first dedicated Freediving Centre in the Maltese Islands back in 2012, we changed the landscape of freediving education there forever! With clear blue water and great dive sites already known to the scuba divers, Malta was a logical choice for freediving and has proved super popular to our customers over the years, just check out the reviews! Being able to see wrecks and caves while doing your freediving course is something that you will never forget...

- Wrecks & Caves: Amazing views underwater with a number of viewable wrecks and numerous caves, tunnels and swim-throughs which are great fun!
- Shore Freediving: No boats required, we access the best dive site straight from shore, saving time and energy
- Connectivity: Many choices for flights from all across Europe and just an hour or two flight time make it perfect for a week long or a weekend break
- Diving & More: A country with lots of history and culture all within a close proximity to the diving, so great for a holiday with non-freedivers in the family
