PADI do a 'Freediving Speciality Course' but it is not recognised by any of the main freediving training agencies, so please beware. If you have done this course you will still need to start at the beginner level with both AIDA and SSI. Rather do a fully recognised freediving course with one of the main freediving training agencies from which you can progress and gain more experience confident that you are being trained correctly and safely in the sport. |
